Working principle:When the voltage is applied to the piezoelectric ceramic, it will produce mechanical deformation with the change of voltage and frequency. On the other hand, when a vibrating piezoelectric ceramic is produced, an electric charge is produced.According to this principle, when given by the two piezoelectric ceramic or a piezoelectric ceramic vibrator (pressure) form and a metal sheet, called bimorph element, applying a signal, it will emit ultrasonic vibration due to bending. Conversely, an ultrasonic signal is generated when an ultrasonic vibration is applied to the bimorph element. Based on the above action, piezoelectric ceramics can be used as ultrasonic sensors.
