What is this called? picture included, it picks up the car so you can align it or change oil?
A lift will pick up your stuff,jack will lift up your wheels, an impact / or a tire iron will remove the nuts, but none of that will stop the crazy questions on Yahoo answers
The thing in the picture is a car lift. You use an impact wrench to take the lug nuts off to remove the wheel.
