Question:

What is this click/clack sound when I brake at a low speed or go over a bump?

When braking at low speeds (like 10 MPH), a click emanates from underneath the front of the car. A second click comes when I release the brake.I can hear this same sound when driving over bumps at low speeds. It is a little louder, and more of a clack, but sounds like it is coming from the same spot.I do not ever hear it at higher speeds, but this could be because of background air friction and traffic noise. It is faint when I have the windows closed, but very noticeable when the windows are open. This has been going on for a while, but I have noticed it more because it is warm enough to keep my windows open. Brake performance appears to be unaffected. The vehicle is a 2001 Ford Taurus.

Answer:

Most hardware stores carry them as they are worn in construction also.
I bought mine from my school's book store. Also, try hardware stores.
It's best to have a farrier come trim their feet every 6-8 weeks. And barefoot is actually the best way to go, if your horse can handle it. Some horses have sensitive feet, and for what they do they really need that extra protection. Or maybe the horse has trouble with moving correctly or it's comformation is off. A really good farrier can fix that.
because there turning the front axle all the time, and that's hard on the front u-joints ,and also causes them to drive a little stiff ,but the main reason is it puts un-necessary wear on the front differential and all the four wheel drive parts ,good luck i hope this help,s.
