Hola Matias, Ok the simple answer... Yoga Breathing is deep abdominal breathing. Breathing deep into the belly by drawing the diaphragm down into the abdomen. Each breath should be roughly 10-16 seconds. 5-8 counts for the inhale, 5-6 for the exhale. Just be sure to keep the inhale and exhale even. Make Sense? I hope so. Ciao, Ozro
