What jobs can medical assistants preform?
There are actually not too many jobs for the MA (or medical biller or coder) these days despite what career schools proclaim :) If still interested, please look into more affordable training like the county vo-tech school or community college (perhaps non-credit course).
Perform as in skills or perform as is locations? MAs can be hired where ever they can, that is not designated to a nurse--mostly doc's offivces, clinics, urgent cares, mostly out patient settings; although there may be some hospital settings that could be filled by MAs. CNAs assist nurses on the floors in hospitals.
