What kind of bearings in a haro bmx bike?

ok so i have a customized haro f1 bmx bike and im look to buy new bearings for my cranks or bottom bracket w.e. you call it.im not sure what kind i need.american? mid? euro? or spanish?

Does the bike still have it's original HARO splined bottom bracket axle? If so, it will have loose bearings in a race that run in the outer cups at each end of the axle. There's not much you can change about those other than maybe some heavier duty ones if you're hard on the bike. Best bottom brackets have sealed bearings and tend to run smoother for longer. Not sure what type the HARO has, as they were originally made in the US, I'd guess they have an American BB. Euro's are best in my opinion. If you need to alter the internal diameter of the BB shell, you can buy adaptor kits.
