The crime of him getting in your car doesn't give you the right to commit Assault with a Deadly weapon (your car). Enjoy prison.
Felony assault. You should never have moved the car. What you should have done was get out and stand away from the vehicle, then used your phone to video any attempt he made to damage your car. Once he was out, close the doors and lock the vehicle. Enjoy your time in prison!
