wolframite is a tungsten ore
I could not locate machinery specific to wolframite or tungsten, so presume that they are mined the same way that other underground metals are. Equipment would include drills to make holes and break up rock and loaders to carry the rock away. You would also need support systems for tunnels and lights and safety equipment for the workers. Processing is done in a handful of places in the world--again I found only generalized descriptions of the process. The websites listed below are of some help.
