Um...they're all the same things. A geode is made up of crystals. Crystals are commonly quartz. They can be other types of crystals like calcite and so on. I'd keep it though. If the crystals were on the outside, then it is not a geode. Geodes have a hole in the middle with crystals (usually quartz crystals) in that hole. Some geodes have agate in the interior, or could have other minerals You probably have some sort of quartz crystal
