What month would be good time to throw an outdoor barbecue party?
Do you know that grain silos can explode? Throw up enough grain dust particles, start one bit burning and the rest wilflsh/explode. This is what happens in houses. Usually the passage of lighting disturbs the air and throws up a large amount of dust particles. all t takes is a spark from a heater, fire, overloaded wire, etc, then it can all explode. I have used both on a boat, believe me the oil stove is cleaner but the wood burner is more powerful. When you open up to put more wood in you get smoke in the room and it colours the paintwork. The oil stove sits there working all day with no problems. You can control oil more easily as well. The fuel for the wood burner is often free but you cannot turn it off very easily. You can burn waste oil but I always mix plenty of diesel with it. Get a CO detector either way.
