what part of your body do you lose weight in first?

ok so what order do you generally notice losing weight in?oh and lately ive been exercising more, and im gaining muscle in my calves, I DONT WANT THIS, so what should i be doing in reguards to exercising, to lose weight, not gain muscle?

I've used foil before to dry fruit myselfIt is actually kind of nice in that any heat is reflected back onto the fruit and speeds things up a bitHowever, be aware that you will be ingesting a certain amount of aluminum anytime you eat anything that has been touched by it:) If you're looking for the closest thing to parchment paper, wax paper is the way to goIt works just about the same, just don't get it too warm.
