What preparations should be made before the crusher starts?
Check the amount of grease in the mailbox, and replenish the oil when it is insufficient. Before starting the car, you should start the oil pump, take back the oil pipe, return the oil (usually 5-10min), and the indicator of the oil pressure indicator can start the crusher when the normal working pressure value. In winter, when the temperature is low, the oil heater switch should be fitted before the oil pump starts, so that the oil can be preheated to 15-20 degrees before starting the oil pump.
Check the eccentric position of the eccentric shaft, the eccentric shaft at the lower center of rotation, and the driving wheel hoist crane application, to start the upper of the eccentric shaft to the rotary center of the future. The jaw crusher driven by two motors can start directly because of its large starting torque.
Check whether there is any material in the crushing chamber. If there is a large piece of material in the broken chamber, it must be removed before it can be started;
Check auxiliary equipment such as feeder, belt conveyor, lubrication station, electrical appliance, instrument and signal, etc.;
Carefully check the main parts of the crusher, jaw plate, such as bearings, thrust plate, connecting rod, rod spring, a belt pulley and a V belt is intact, the fastening bolt connection looseness; protection devices such as the belt pulley, the flywheel housing is complete, and the moving parts is not the obstacle collide.
