In order to make the rotor flow meter work normally and achieve a certain measuring accuracy, the following points should be paid attention to when installing the flow meter:1. The rotor flowmeter must be mounted vertically on a non vibrating pipe. The fluid flows through the flow meter from bottom to top, and the verticality is better than 2 degrees. The horizontal angle is better than 2 degrees at the horizontal installation. (now there is a horizontal mounted rotor flowmeter)2, in order to facilitate the maintenance and replacement of flow meters and cleaning of measuring pipes, the metal pipe float meters installed on the process pipelines shall be equipped with bypass and bypass valves;3, the entrance of the rotor flowmeter should have 5 times the length of straight pipe above the pipe diameter, and the outlet should have 250mm straight pipe section;
