Fourth equipment manufacturing, refers to the various types of equipment from the drawings design, product stereotypes, components manufacturing, until the assembly process of finished products.
Article second all enterprises within the territory of the People's Republic of China that have the business license of enterprise legal person and those engaged in the manufacture and operation of equipment shall be governed by these measures.
