Question:

What requirement does the anchor bolt need to meet when the jib crane is installed

I wonder when the anchor bolt can be fixed with an expansion bolt or a chemical bolt, and when is it necessary to bury it? thank you

Answer:

The bolts should have washer under nuts. The bottom of the bolt should be laid flat, and the basic contact should be solid, and the nut should be soldered or locked. After the bolt is tightened, the nut should be exposed to 2 ~ 3 buckles.
The bolt should not be less than 5mm in the bolt hole or in the bolt casing. The bolt should be in a vertical state, allowing the deviation to be less than or equal to L / 200 (L is the length of the foot bolt), and not greater than 5mm. The nut of the bolt should be washer under the nut.
Anchor bolt should be level, elevation, from cylinder rotor after adjusted the center as a formal fastening, at the same time with a 0.05 mm feeler check bedplate and bearing seat, bedplate and sliding surface, bedplate and shim between the cylinder and the contact surface between each layer pad iron shall be solid contact. The load distribution and central position of the cylinder should not be changed.
When the maximum eccentric moment of the cantilever crane works, without the mechanical self-balance; Machinery must keep don't move, the calculation to ensure resistance to overturning moment size (and meet the safety factor of the specification) to determine the expansion bolt or chemical or embedded bolt. The tensile strength of the expansion bolts is minimal, and the tensile strength of the pre-buried bolts can be very large.
