What's the advantage of flange bolts?

Is it possible to tighten more? The ordinary bolt head is very thick and difficult to deform. If it vibrates, it needs to be screwed again. A thin part of the flange can be slightly deformed, so that it can be locked stronger. If there is time to go to the hole, there is no way to use the tools of ordinary bolt, bolt head is small, the flange also plays the fastening function, it can be used on the special tool to the hole, and the inner six angle bolt principle about the same.
