Question:

What's the application technology of woven composite geomembrane?

nan

Answer:

Application technology of woven composite geomembrane: It is referred to the same product. Because geotextile is emerging material, there is no canonical name for it, which causes the confusion and non-standardization of the definition of geotextile. The so-called composite geomembrane refers to the geomembrane that combines with two kinds of material or links with two kinds of material, and that uses the composite material with the function of insulation and anti-seepage.
Composite geomembrane is widely used in canal seepage control project. In recent years, geosynthetics have been widely used in civil engineering, especially the flood prevention project, and have achieved good results, arousing great attention of the majority of engineering and technical staffs. For the application technology of geosynthetics, our country has proposed normative technical requirements from the aspects of seepage control, filtration, drainage, reinforcement and protection, greatly accelerating the pace of popularization and application of new materials. It is widely applied to the canal seepage control project in the irrigated area. Combining with construction practice, I'd like to talk briefly about the application technology of composite geomembrane.
Composite geomembrane (composite impermeable membrane) is divided into two types: one is of one fabric and one membrane, and the other is of two fabrics and one membrane. Its width is 4-6cm and weight is 200g. The manufacturing shop of geomembrane covers the area of 1500g/m2. With physical and mechanical properties of high tensil strength, good tear resistance and high bursting strength, the composite geomembrane has many characteristics of high strength, good elongation property, bigger deformation modulus, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, and good anti-seepage performance. It can meet the civil engineering needs of seepage prevention, insulation, reinforcement and crack control in water?conservancy, municipal administration, construction, transportation, subways, tunnels, and engineering construction. It is often applied to the seepage control of dams and drainage ditches, and anti-pollution treatment of the waste storage.
