what's the difference between fibers and textiles?
well, fibre helps you excrete (poo) and makes sure you dont get constipated! But if you eat too much thenwell it gets runny!
Eating fiber sets you free, keeps you flowing, clear your tubes, turns you looseI eat a couple of fig bars each morning, as insurance against cloggingI am never backed up.
I'd go w/ Kashi instead, it has far more fiber and no where near the sugar of granola, which will only help you gain weightWhat can be the con for cleaning out your colon honestly?
Well the pros are sorta the cons with this situationYou will have much more frequent bowel movements, but they will be unnatural and forcedIf you want to enhance your intestinal health, I would suggest probioticsProbiotics just means good bacteriaYou know how yogurt commercials advertise live and active cultures? Those are probioticsYour intestine needs good bacteria to break down food! In fact, the main reason people have digestive problems is because they don't have any bacteria in their intestinesAntibiotics kill them off, and we don't always get them in our diet these daysGo to a health store and ask somebody for helpIt's much more natural than fiber!!! I've gotten my whole family hooked on themThey are in pill form and are easy to takeYou will love the results.
Fiber describes the chemical composition of the material that will be spun into yarns, and then textiles made from those yarnsFibers are analogous to boards and nails; textiles are analogous to the frame of the house.
