Question:

What's the laziest day you've had at work?

I remember one time I showed up to work; we did role-callAnd I grabbed a bag of chips, walked around on the balcony for a few minutesAte some chips, Came back inSat downWalked around some moreWent outsideCame back inSat downWent outside to call someoneCame back in and waited until lunch timeThen our boss knocked our group off early right after lunchAnd I went home.It felt good getting paid to do nothing that dayAnd for the record I wasn't quot;slacking offquot;, it's just that there was no work to be done that day.Of course I wouldn't want it to be like this everydayI'd feel like an unproductive bumBut it was a good change of pace to have a zero-stress day. What's the laziest day you've had at work?

Answer:

Sticky wings! 1/2 cup dark soy sauce (I prefer tamari) 1/2 cup packed brown sugar (light or dark, doesn't matter) 1 teaspoon garlic powderMix together and use to marinate 2 1/2 - 3 pounds chicken wings for 1 hourPour everything, including marinade, into a large baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking sprayBake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour, turning wings every 15 minutes These are salty/sweet and sticky! You'll need multiple napkins! YUM! EDIT: One hour might seem like a lot of time, but the temp is low and it's necessary to make the wings sticky and extra tender.
