There is no specific shape. However, the shape has to be one that has the ability to deflect radar waves so they do not bounce back directly to the radar source. Also RAM (radar absorbing materials) do excatly what that says. They absorb radar waves so they can't bounce back to the source. In effect, making an object invisible to radar. Honestly, a pedia link could demostrate to you graphically how each technology works in tandem to lessen the radar signature of an object. Nothing is truly invisible.
