What should be paid attention to when using the motor on the vibrating screen?
We must ensure that the mounting surface paint and no debris, ensure vibration motor feet clean.Warning! The motor shall not be welded on the mounting plate when the vibration motor has been installed and wired. Welding can cause vibration, motor winding and bearing damage.
The mounting surface of the vibrating motor must be firm and smooth. The surface roughness of the mounting surface should be below 0.08mm (so that the internal stress generated by the vibrating motor housing is minimized when tightening the mounting bolts) and that the plate should not have holes or cracks. The mounting surface is not less than the bottom foot vibration motor. Welding shall be avoided in the mounting surface area, otherwise the surface of the vibration motor mounting surface will be affected
All power supplies of the supply equipment should be cut off and locked before the vibration motor is installed, and a warning sign shall be given1. motor should check before the use of motor surface is perfect, no damage, whether or not the phenomenon of moisture.2. check if the label data in accordance with the requirements, no special requirements on the user's case, the eccentric vibrating motor position of the company's products are in the sign of the nominal maximum shockforce position.
Vibration motor foot bolt should be based on the corresponding diameter of not less than 8.8 of the high strength bolts with a spanner, reliable fastening and using anti loosing measures, there should not be any slack. Generally use flat pad and double nut fastening and prevent loosening. Tighten the assembly bolts in the order shown.
