i can tell you which foods not to eatThese foods turned into poisons in his body, lodging in various organs and causing disharmonies to his entire system (body) most of the foods eaten are those deprived of their nutritive values such as fried foods, over cooked foods, canned foods in aluminum tins dangerous to human health, we consume a lot of starchy foods without the balance of vegetables and fruits in our dietsThe fiber or roughages in most of these foods are insufficientThe metabolic and digestive system have long been derailed through wrongful living habits and eating of wrong foodstry this outEighty-percent of all nutrients from food are absorbed through the intestineIf we eat the way God intended, our colon will remain healthy throughout our life, swept clean by the tiny broom-like fibers in whole foods found in abundance in fruits and vegetables There are two types of fiber—soluble and insolubleSoluble fiber dissolves in waterIn the blood, soluble fiber helps to lower serum cholesterol by binding with low-density lipoproteinsWater-soluble fiber can be found in apples, oranges, oat bran and beansInsoluble fiber is the substance in food that cannot be digested or absorbed by the intestineThis category includes pectin, cellulose, hemicellulose and gumsFiber is found only in plant foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grainsEggs, dairy products, and meats do not contain any form of fiber that's all i gotsorry hope it helps.

Are you from Tooele, Utah? Everybody out there has a lifted truck.
Wow, 3 answers, and no informationMy apologiesFirst off, add-a-leaf will make your truck stiffer and assuming that you actually intend to go off-road, it will hurt the truck as the suspension won't want to flexA body lift just lifts the body higher off the frameThis is good for tire clearance.but only if you're mall-crawling, IE just driving to the shopping mallA full suspension lift with new leaf spring packs and new coil springs for the front is the best optionIt's much more expensive, but definitely worth it, as you will get the lift you're looking for without reducing your ride qualityYou can also get longer spring shackles for the rear leafs and coil spring spacers for the front for a cheap lift that keeps the stock ride, but this can only add 1-1.5You can combine the body lift and the suspension lift, but ideally you don't want to use the body lift, it can put more stress on the body mounts and the frame in general.
