Gross question but i am wanting to knowI eat a pretty healthy diet, fruits, vegetables (a lot them are raw), limited amount of carbs, lots of water, although i do drink coffee with sugar and cream, i take a multivitamin and i exercise, but i do not go everydayShould i add more fiber to my diet in form of a food or take a fiber suplement?
