you would have to get the power ratings off of the pump and the boiler to size it properly . for example on your boiler you have the oil burner it self and any controls ( circulators, zone valves and transformers ) and they vary in size and amperage
You need to know the voltage and wattage of the units you plan to run plus, many electric motors require up to three times the power for start up, so you need to allow for that as well.
