I have the same problem, but don't worry it's just where your hair is split that's why it's falling out (I HOPE) That's my theory atleast jejeJust stop using your flat iron for a while and get a trimUse a LOW heat setting on your flat iron if you have to use it If you get a trim I'm almost positive you'll notice a difference.
