Answer:

Great sources of fiber Our best fiber sources are fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grainsPears, blackberries, apples, peaches, oranges, bananas and raspberries are especially good sourcesAs for vegetables, it’s hard to find one that isn’t a good fiber sourceBran and oat cereals are well-known for fiber content, but other cereals made with whole grains, like shredded wheat, are also good choicesIf you eat several servings of these foods everyday, you’re likely getting adequate fiberIf not, your first step should be to add more of these to your diet(See Fiber: What's the best way to add it to your diet? for more ways to add fiber to your diet naturally.) Why not just use supplements? After all, they do provide fiber that’s similar to that from foodsAnd fiber is a good thingBut supplements won’t fix an unhealthy dietYou would simply be adding one beneficial ingredient to a less-than-wonderful mixThe best advice is eat more high fiber foodsThere are many web-based sources of information on the fiber content of foodsIf you Google “fiber in foods” you get almost 16 million hits! Data can vary from one study to another, so values are not exactIf you eat plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables and whole grains you don’t have to worry about the numbers.
Grilled Peanut Butter Sandwich is a very good source of fiberAka: Peanut Butter on toast.
Try BanIt smells pretty good and it works well tooJust get one of those smaller-sized ones to test it outCarry it around in your bag or whatever and reapply at the nearest bathroom whenever necessary(I don't know if it has aluminum in it, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't.) But if these deodorants don't work for you, try Certain DriIt's a kind of medical antiperspirantYou apply it every few days (follow directions on package) and apparently you don't sweat at all OR you sweat very littleOne of my best friends tried it and she said it was the best one she's ever used and it worked really effectivelyYou can find it at your local drugstore, like CVS/Pharmacy or WalgreensGood luck! Hope I helped-UPDATE- Okay, well, coincidentally I'm doing a search on antiperspirantsI found out that Ban does have aluminum in it, as does most, BUT the fact that aluminum-based deodorants cause cancer in women is actually a mythSome teenaged girl said she had breast cancer from using that kind of deodorant but it turned out it was a mole growth because she was allergic to itSo apparently, you don't need to be afraid of using aluminum-based deodorants.
