Question:

What to do with leftover onion rings?

I just made my own onion rings (with coconut oil - yum!) and have many left overI have them wrapped in aluminum foilDo I put them in the refrigerator or leave them out? I'm going to eat the rest tomorrow.

Answer:

You should refrigerate themIf you want to eat them as they are, just spread them out on a cookie sheet, and put in a pre-heated 350-degree oven, and heat until they crisp up, and are heated throughMaybe 10-15 minutesYou could also heat them a little longer at a lower temperature until they are REALLY crispy, then cool for a few minutesChop them up and put them on top of a salad, or leave them in rings and put them on a burgerYou can also top a casserole or soup with themThere are a whole bunch of ways to us them!
