Answer:

If the dryer is electric the heating element is probably outIf it is a gas dryer then the 2 coils on the gas valve have probably failed.Elements are not that hard to replace.Just call sears parts for pricing. They will need model and serial number.
if the belt is broken, how do you replace it?
Don't know, but I have the same exact problem with a Whirlpool (same manufacturer)I've checked the thermal fuses, the thermostatic controls, and the control unitI've got voltage going down to the motor but it doesn't runI'm about to upend the dryer to check the motor itself; it looks like the problem.
Check for a in-line fuse going to the motorAccording to most codes it should have oneSome manufactures put a in-line fuse for the motor inside the motor housing where it is not easy to findThis way they meet the code but make it hard for you to fix yourselfIf you have a ohmmeter check between the motor leads themselvesYou should get about 6 to 10 ohms on averageYour really checking for a open circuit if a fuse is bad.
you need to give a bit more informationAre you taking a car or are you walking? If you've got transport, you might as well fill the car up, if you're going to be carrying stuff around on your back things are a bit trickierremember to leave space for food if you're taking a back pack, and remeber that food and water weigh a lotIt also depends a lot on where you're goingA mosquito net is necessary for some areas - and I don't mean recommended I mean necessaryIf you haven't got one make sure you get one which has got wee little holes, not big holes that are treated with permethrinLittle holes, too small for even tiny bugs to get throughOther than that you'll have to work it out for yourself - post another question with a bit more informationWhere are you going, how you're getting there, how you're getting around once you get there, how many people are going, if you're in a campsite or wild camping, what sort of country is it (woods, beach, desert) are you going to be able to make fires, how big your tent is etcAll of these things will make a vast difference to what you bring and how much you should carryWhat type of camping you're doing will greatly influence what you need to bringFor instance I often don't use a tent, which you might think is the most important bit of equipment you can bring when you're camping.
