Call someone who sells pipe (not your supplier, a stranger- even someone in another state) and tell them what your situation is, and ask if they could kindly recommend a course of action! )
Try looking at KTM. They make great off road , enduro bikes I think. Look at the Enduro 690. Its about 130 lbs lighter than the Kawasaki KLR 650 with more power. They aren't common bikes but they make good quality I think.
