I would like to install new windows sometime this year in my two story townhouseThe other day, I went onto Lowe's website just to look aroundI was confused by the different choices of window glass insulationOn the website, there were four different kinds: double pane insulated, low E, low E insulated, and temperedIs any one of these better than the other? By the way, I was looking at Pella Thermastar.
Go to the grocery and buy pre-cubed butternut squash in a bagDump two bags of the squash into a baking dish (something that can go into the oven) Put in a total of 1/2 stick (4 oz) butter in with the squash in little chunksToss in four smashed garlic cloves, quicky chopped into tiny piecesSprinkle all with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, salt and pepper and bake at 350? about an hour, on until you can stick a sharp knife very easily into the center of the cubesYou can reheat this in a microwave oven, or oven or serve at room temperature, but don't chill.
How about vegetarian skewers1Get vegetables: Courgette, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Aubergines2Dice into 1.5 inch cubes or kinda that size 3In a bowl add 3 tablespoons of olive oil (or enough to mildly coat the veggies) 4Add salt and black pepper and (optional) chilli pepper flakes 5Stick them on a skewer and pop under grill for about 5 - 10 mins turning occasionally.
That would workOr go to your local Safeway with a deli and ask them to fix something fancy for youCan you take a really nice tray of veggies and dip and cheese slices and crackers? Just tell them the kind of thing you need and they'll have it ready for you to pick up on your way to work tomorrow.
Pella make great windows , period ! low e is just tint to lessen suns harmful rays , tempered is just harder glass Double pane , low e is all you need !~
