Question:

What vegetables are without iron?

Dear All:I was diagnosed of Iron overload in by blood. So the doctor asked me to eat any food without iron. I would highly appreciate if you could send me a list of vegetables without iron.Thank you so much

Answer:

Definitely A. You would smother the fire. You wouldn't use water, because you might not know what caused the fire, and water isn't the best thing for all fires.
For the best answers, search on this site shorturl.im/axkA9 Use the clear frying oil and give it a really wet swipe around with it inside and out (?) and let it heat slowly at first and then up the temp. I did mine twice on the element as many of them don't have the handle that will tolerate the heat of the oven, unless you can remove the handle If it has an enameled outside or painted don't oil that. Be prepared to smoke up the kitchen Close all of the other doors and open the windows Dune

Dairy Milk, cheese and yogurt are low in iron (less than .20mg/100 g of food) and provide a good source of protein. Fruit Juice and Sodas Most fruit juices and sodas have a low iron count. Grapefruit, cranberry and orange are all very low. Fresh Fruits Some fresh fruits, especially blueberries, honeydew melon, apples, are relatively low in iron (less than .20mg/100 g of food). Vegetables Turnips (.18 mg) and radishes (.15 mg) have very low iron content. Avoid leafy green vegetables, which have a high iron count. Condiments Many condiments including salad dressing, vegetable oil and soup mixes contain little iron. White Rice White rice and white rice noodles both contain small amounts of iron (.14 mg/100 g of food). Avoid any type of grain that has been fortified with iron.
B, cause a fire extinguisher is awsome.
