I'd prefer to have telekinesis. Simply because of all the possible applications. Self levitation, force fields, set up a TK field in your enemy's head and expand it until theyAnyway, I'd probably use it to help people, because I'm nice like that.
I'd have Time Control. For my own reasons, I probably wouldn't use it to commit extreme crimes like Bank Robberies, that is just unwanted publicity, I'd just use Time Freeze or Rewind whenever necessary (ex. Get extra sleep hours, late for class, made a critical error) it doesn't matter what problem Time Travel fixes anything
