Whats that thing called that u see on the bottom of the front bumper of race cars and drift cars?

Whats that thing called that u see on the bottom of the front bumper of race and drift cars. Its some kind of bumper cover support mechanism, it‘s held up by one or more small hinged poles on each side of the bumper.
