Answer:

Use of plastic or fiber bowls that are susceptible warmth, isn't beneficial.instead to microwave secure glass bowl stainless-steel bowls could be used, nevertheless steel bowls heated plenty than the glass bowls.
I've been using micro-safe plastic for over 40 years and have had no ill effects, nor has any of my family member. Glass or ceramic dishes may be safer, but as I've said, we've never experienced any health problems from using micro-safe plastic.
Cold air Intakes are not going to bring the horse power increase (for the money) that a set of headers will provide. So if you don't have headers don't waist your money on a cold are intake. Further-more I would go for a hotter ignition (spark) system before I looked in to a cold air system. And then again it dose not matter how much horse power you have if your transmission is not hooked up, you just burn the tourqe converter or clutch plate out Pro-racers do not have the squshie grand-ma shift that stock cars have. We only use automatics (constant velocity) and take every-other spring out of the gear clutch drums. Providing solid gear shifts. And if your Shuttle vale is weak it will colapse under the hydroic pressue.
First off you need to save your money and buy and an evo the money you spend on a cai and exhaust is probably 20% of the cost of a evo with your car traded in. but if your still itchin to waste some money on your car. than get an cat back exhaust system is gonna be the biggest difference maker. its gonna sound way better than your stock exhust it won't add much horsepower but it will sound and look a lot nicer than stock. Don't get headers or ignition system like the other guy said cuz you don't need it. Unless you get more power ie turbo supercharger your stock headers will do fine. cai is not gonna add any power that you will feel any difference the typhoon intake from kn is 300$ and it says it adds 6.5 at 5900 rpm which mean you won't feel any difference at all. and Cold air intake will probably make your serivce engine light come on there not much you can do to the car to make it that much faster unless you add a turbo/supercharger. i would suggest some nice wheel for the car. rims make a world of difference for the apperenance of a car. i would rather spend the money on something you can see.
For a base Lancer, go with a KN cold air intake, headers from Road Race Motorsports (specialize in Lancers and Evos), and a Magnaflow exhaust system. All of these items may seem pricey, but will gain you about 20-25 hp. If you're not worried about money, then go ahead and spend a few grand on a full turbo kit from Road Race Motorsports for some real power. You could also sell or trade the car in for an Evo. But work with what you got.
