Here you go- this tastes like the rice at Chipotle and Qboda - I cut the cilantro down to 1/4 cup though. For the cilantro- rinse it well, then pull the leaves off- no stems. I use less than a quarter of a bunch. I use my largest chef knive- place the cilantro on a cutting board- keep the tip of the knife on the board and rock the knife while moving diagonally to the right and then to the left. You could also use kitchen shears, but a chef knife is easier. To measure- place in cup loosely, do not pack down. Lime Cilantro Rice From allrecipes Easy and delicious!
