Errr... I would highly doubt that you could... lol it would be pretty funny to see the hacked versions in a Wi-Fi battle but no its a knock-off and wouldn't work with the pokedex and such... Good luck though.
i think you can only migrate from Fire Red, Leaf Green, Sapphire+Ruby+Emerald. not the older versions like Quarts,Crystal,ect

You can only migrate from GBA games. Like firered, leafgreen, sapphire and such.
Hmm. Well, if you have Quartz in a cartridge, which, like, maybe you bought off the street or something xD, I see no reason that it wouldn't work, considering the game itself is Ruby, just altered. I suppose it would be similar to trading Gameshark hacked Pokemon to D/P. I, though, wouldn't exactly know, because I've only seen one hack in a cartridge. Eh, give it a shot.
