I already know the most fiber can be found from foodsPlease dont list foods, shakes, bars.the foods are hard to track fiber grams for (dont have time for this) and the shakes/bars/etc are usually laden with sugar and calories. The pills Ive seen have a crappy amount of fiber and after hours of google searches, it seems hopelessIf u know of any pills 5 grams or higher w/preferally non-psyllium husk (this is low quality), plz alert me!THANKS TONS!
Leave the skin on while you cook it(it has some nice fat in it that keeps the meat moist as you cook it.) Once its done you can either peel it off or eat it with the salmon
seriouslyforget the pills, and you dont need to count the fiber in your food, cant have too much, so eat a few leaves of lettuce and a couple of celery sticks and you're more than set.
A bit of all your notionsI like the skin because it's tasty, When pan frying, it gets crispy.
