i just bought a new house in alberta. they just did the lawn, shrubs and planted a tree. now they are telling me i need to contact a person to come inspect it to make sure it was done properly before they give me my deposit for letting them garden my yard. i forget the proper name for the job tittle the surveyor has so i dont know who to call :'( please help.
umm, the best i can come up with is either: Home inspector OR Professional Landscaper Hope that helps! lol However i don't quite understand why they would give you your deposit for letting someone landscape your yard, i have really never heard of that...
