I have a 15 y/o thoroughbred gelding who sweats likewell like a thoroughbredThe issue is it takes forever to cool him out, even after a short workoutWould it be ok to do like, a medium or low trace clip on him now? I live in Kansas, and the winters get pretty moodyRight now, its going from like, low 40's in the day to mid teens at night, and he is a classic, thin skinned thoroughbred, but he does wear a blanket (a pretty heavy one too), but lives outside, except in the rain and mudSo would I be ok doing a clip on him now to help him cool out?
