I am just wondering I don't want to make a new one right now but when should I?I have a:gtx 560tim5a97 asus mobo12 gb ram1TB of spacean amd fx 4100 and a 600W psu
I'd wait about a year and then look at upgrading the processor, then maybe the graphics card. Out of the current generation, I'd look at upgrading the processor to an FX-8320 (6300 or 8350 depending on budget, but 6300 might not be worth it). For a graphics card, a 7850, 7870, 7950, or GTX 760 depending on budget, with the top cards being the 7970, GTX 770 and 780. EDIT: 600W psu will handle 8320 and 7870 if it's decent quality (Corsair, Antec, Seasonic...).
Your rig is good, and the processor is still great for gaming. One thing I would change is the graphics card. It's very outdated and not the best at handling graphic intense games. I would recommend getting the GTX 650 or 650. They are much more reliable and will give you better performance. Plus, you don't need to upgrade your current power supply to add one of these graphics cards to your rig.
The FX4100 is Bulldozer which sucked so much the Phenom II X4 which it replaced was significantly faster. I suggest upgrading to an FX4300 or, ideally, an FFX6300. The video card is old and slow. I suggest something newer. For something newer I suggest the 650ti Boost or the AMD 7850 2GB, both of which are much faster.
