does a pulled fire alarm need to have a glass stick in it to prevent accidental fire alarm. i live in a apartment where the fire alarm doesn't have anything like that to help prevent it by getting pull accidentally.
I would spread rock salt all around it and kill it or mix up a salt water solution and pour it on roots if you can once it dies it will start to rot and the vines will break easily or another way is to get a rope around as much as you can and pull up with car or truck.
