i dont know what their called but i just started baking cakes and cookies from cake mix and my last cookies got burned because i didnt use one of those sheets.anyone know how they are called and where i can buy some and what else can i use so tha cakes i make wont stick.ive been using butter it worked for the cake but not the cookies :(
