im looking for a high in fiber and high in protein drink to keep me going during the day any suggestions? i was hoping for at least 10 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber
Here's a really easy nacho dip that tastes awesome! 1 package Velveeta mexican chese (you can do spicy or mild) 1 can Hormel chili +/- green onions Melt it in an oven-safe bowl in the Microwave or oven (for however long it takes to be all melted) stirring occasionally, and eat it with tortilla chipsIt's awesome!!
