I just bought a new puppy...I needed a bed for him does anyone know where I can buy a bed online for a reasonable price aka cheap lol?
Use an old blanket or pillows. Sheets and towels work too. My dogs sleep on comforters that are old. They love them. When garage sale comes around, hit a few and find some really cheap bedding. I have four dogs and the only thing I ever bought them is a huge kennel to put the blankets in.
We all always find our commodities which are cheap prices but i choose best quality, longer lasting and good looking commodities. Dogs always like to sleep in a soft bed as they feel comfortable in it. So before buying dog beds quality and comfort ability should be given priority.
From experience on wasting my money on beds, we got a big hard plastic dog basket from a second hand site for cheap and use a blanket folded up to fit in the basket. The blanket is just cotton with a little soft filling so fur does not stick to it and it washes easily. The best part about it is that I can lay it outside, bring it with me anywhere and the dog still knows this as his bed without the basket. Usually the pillow ones I found are too big and get ruined too quickly because they are not easy to wash. I've had the same blanket and basket that 4 dogs now have shared for 8 years. :-)
You can find affordable quality beds online. The type of bed you want will depend on how large your dog will get. For very young dogs a cheap bed will work. For large and older dogs you will need to look into higher quality orthopedic foam beds.
