Sweetie, you can make many things that are quick and easy.I would suggest some pasta. This generally picks up any flavor you add to it.Now,as to what you add to it,that depends on what you have handy in your pantry and fridge. How about some broccoli and cheese pasta. If your a meat eater you could eat your choice of meat to it also. You could also go with some leftovers that you have handy in the fridge, any vegetables on hand?Throw those together in the pan with some extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and herbs.Maybe even a squeeze of lemon juice.Toss together to heat through, add some grated parmesan cheese.Serve with some bread and butter or garlic bread.Have canned tomatoes?Throw those in a pot, again going with leftovers add some left overs vegetables?Peppers, onions, anything.Toss in the pasta sprinkle with some mozzarella cheese and broil until cheese melts.Soup?Add some vegetable stock or tomato juice, left over veggies.Canned tomatoes, peppers, onions, greenbeans, peas, etc.Maybe even some pataoes.Anyway, mix it all together toss in some pasta boil until pasta is tender.Veggie noodle soup!Use up leftovers,it is probably your quickest way to go.Yum,now i am hungry.Have a good evening hun, good luck!!
