I've tried to find a resolved question on this but everything about a large eyeshadow pallet involves buying online.
i would go with shimmer pallet and i recomend it.
i got my 88 matte palette from coastal scents and i love it! I use it for almost everything. I didnt get the shimmer palette cuz i dont like shimmery colors all the time, plus the matte palette actually has a few shimmery e/s here and there. Get the matte!
