Question:

Where can I go to get something cast in resin?

Hey,I want to get some small claws cast in resin (I sew artist bears and sloths: you can see the claws at ). I'm in the UK and I can't afford to do the whole set up to cast them myself, so I want to know if there's a company that can do it for me if I send in a sample? International is fine too. Thanks!

Answer:

Scrap the full face shield and get a blue tinted visor. If anyone so much as touches you, make sure you fall down in a heapbe sure to scream to anyone and everyone that you were fouled. Anytime you score in a drill, be sure to chirp the goaltender, the defencemen, and anyone within earshot. Jump against the boards, play air guitar with your stick, and put your hand to your ear like you're trying to hear people. During scrimmages, be sure to take 3-4 minute shifts. Oh, and under no circumstance should you pass the puck to a teammate. When you get cut from the team, make sure you have your parents call the coach to complain, and have them threaten to sue the coach, the school, and the league you play in. It helps that you tell them how great you are, and how at least two dozen NHL scouts have you on speed dial, but you aren't sure if you want to play major junior, NCAA D-1, or just wait until you turn 18 and become NHL draft eligible. Have a super day, champ.
On one side of the door, usually the inside there will be a small indentation on the shoulder of the door knob. Use a small blade screwdriver to push in on that spot while pulling out on the knob. After the door knob is off check on the shaft that the door knob came off of, and find the cover trim piece up against the wood. There should be small indent again to pry off cover. Or if there are screws showing already, unscrew these all the way out. Slide the trim piece off the shaft. Now you should be able to pull out half of the lock assembly. Go to the narrow side of the door and unscrew the strike plate and pull out. Now you should be able to pull out the other half of the assembly. Now take the knob that the key is in, spray WD40 into the lock and then tap the knob on a solid surface. If you get lucky the broken part may fall out. If you want to replace the door knob assembly with all new, just reverse the instructions. If going to renew, a simple kwickset lock assembly is about the easiest to install..JJJ
