Im a 13 year old that makes electro/dubstep/dance music and I think im ready to preform somewhere but where because im 13.
Maybe if you take a legal guardian or somebody along, or somebody else that's older, then you might be able to do it. I think there's no law against you hanging out at the premises, it's just that you wouldn't be allowed to drink alcohol there. If you sing then go to open mic nights.
