If you want to go to university for it I know that you can take both glass and ceramics at VCU, Richmond VA. I think Alfred university may also have a glass program, they certainly have a very renowned ceramics program. You can just look what the art departments of universities you are interested in offer. I'd start out looking for glass programs, as there are fewer glass programs than ceramics programs. If you just want to take them for a hobby you have to look for glass studios and ceramic studios. Just google those terms with the name of your town.
