We're doing jerk chicken with coconut rice and corn on the cob (which is excellent on the grill)I would probably do some grilled vegetablesEasiest way is to skewer themI would stick with squash, zucchini, green and red peppers, and sweet vidilia onions.
When I grill fish I make corn on the cob or steamed veggiesMy husband likes potatoes, so we usually have baked fries.
since the grill is already going, cook some baked potatoes part way in the microwave - finish on the grillGrill some corn on the cob or summer squash with a little italian dressingWhip up a quick bagged salad and enjoy your feast!
